Looking for Lodges at a Specific Location?

Before you start looking for lodges, try and determine the type of lodges you need. If you are a couple or a single person, you probably need a small lodge or "Studio", "Studio & Loft" or "1 Bedroom" type. These lodges are normally cheaper. You can save some money or get better quality or additional services. If you travel with children, you should think about bigger lodges such as "2 bedroom" or "3 bedroom" types. It's advisable to sacrifice the lodge's total size or some extra services, but to have as many bedrooms as you need in order to feel comfortable.

Usually there's a sharp and clear separation between cheap lodges and luxury lodges, so you need to decide whether you want to spend your holidays bountifully or you prefer to save some money. The only thing you have to remember is that "cheap" does not always mean "bad". If a lodge does not belong to a "luxurious" category it most probably will have neither Jacuzzi, but it still can be of very good quality. However, before you make your order see all the pictures and read all the descriptions the lodge's site provides in order to make sure you get the quality level you're looking for.

Another important thing to take into account, when looking for lodges is the exact location. Normally you can find the lodge's location at its description. Try and find this place on the map to make sure the location suits your needs (it's close enough to the sea, far enough from a highway and so on).

Knowing the exact location is still not enough to know what view you will have from your window. You should look for a picture of this view on the lodge's site. If the site does not provide any of the information you need, do not hesitate to contact them and to ask for the details you want to know. Most lodges' sites answer really quickly and give you detailed information. If you have any doubt about a specific site, do not look for lodges there. There are more sites that offer you the same or even better services.
